I am not a technical person. Will this be difficult to set-up?

The EnRoute team is available and ready to guide you through the entire set-up process to make it as easy as possible for you. Providing you with A+ customer service is our goal, every time.

Will I need special equipment? If yes, what does it cost?

It depends on how you want your customers to interact with your waitlist. You could start simple (single kiosk stand and tablet) and add additional components (TV display) later. We provide recommended purchase links so you can save money and buy the equipment directly from Amazon.

Do I need a website?

No, the service can be used without a website.  However, if you are interested in a simple website, we can help you get started.
